Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Relax Scalp Spa. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. By booking an appointment and receiving services at Relax Scalp Spa, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.  

 

 1. Appointments & Scheduling  

- Walk-ins are not accepted. All appointments must be scheduled in advance through Gloss Genius. 

- Late Arrivals:  

  - Any late arrivals will be accepted.  

  - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be charged the full price of the service.  

- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments at any time through Gloss Genius, subject to availability.  

 

 2. Payment & Refunds  

- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. Payments must be completed through Gloss Genius.  

- Refund Policy:  

  - Services are refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours in advance through Gloss Genius.  

  - Refunds will not be provided for same-day cancellations or after a service has been rendered.  

- Gift Cards & Packages: 

  - Gift cards are non-refundable and expire after one year from the date of purchase.  

  - Prepaid service packages must be used within six months, unless otherwise specified.  

 

 3. Health & Safety  

- Clients should disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving treatment. 

- Relax Scalp Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a client has a contagious illness, open wounds, or any condition that may pose a health risk.  

- Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  

 

 4. Accessibility & Special Accommodations

- Our spa is wheelchair accessible, but please note that there is no ramp at the entrance.  

- Clients who require assistance transitioning onto the treatment bed must bring a caregiver or personal assistant to assist them.  

- Service animals are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  

- Clients requiring special accommodations should email relaxscalpcare@gmail.com before their appointment.  

 

 5. Personal Belongings & Liability

- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Relax Scalp Spa is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.  

- We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.  

- By booking a service, you acknowledge that treatments are non-medical and meant for relaxation and wellness purposes. 

 

 6. Right to Refuse Service

Relax Scalp Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to:  

- Inappropriate or disruptive behavior.  

- Intoxication or suspected impairment.  

- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.  

 

 7. Privacy Policy

- Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. 

- Payment information is processed securely through Gloss Genius and is not stored by Relax Scalp Spa. 

 

 8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Relax Scalp Spa may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
